Mikheil Saakashvili must be transferred abroad under your guarantees - Pachkoria addresses Metsola and Michel

 The founder of the Georgian Clinics Association, Vili Pachkoria, appeals to European Council President Charles Michel and European Parliament President Roberta Metsola.

On behalf of the Association of Clinics he asks the addressees to become guarantors in order to transfer the third president of Georgia for humanitarian purposes to a clinic in Europe or the USA for treatment under their guarantee.

According to the conclusions of the Public Defender of Georgia and other independent experts, the incarcerated ex-president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, has been diagnosed with fourteen different diseases, his condition is grave, and there is a high risk that he will develop Korsakoff's syndrome, which will result in his permanent disability.

As a result of the assessment and analysis of the existing situation, there is a real possibility that ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili's health would develop irreversible processes; due to the long-term presence of endotoxins in his body, the risk of carcinogenesis is significant.

Due to a lack of relevant, qualified human and material-technical resources, it is practically impossible to treat and rehabilitate a patient afflicted with psychological stress and polyorgan function disorder in Georgia: he must be treated and rehabilitated overseas. 

The ex-president of Georgia's health is deteriorating by the day, and the patient's life-threatening hazards are mounting.
