The third sector becomes the target of a new attack by the Georgian Dream. 

Mikhil Kavelashvili accused Third Sector members of making political statements:

Eka Gigauri thought she could speak on behalf of the people and they intended to overthrow the government, the creation of technical government and I wondered where these people got legitimacy from, in whose name they were speaking. Name me one country where nongovernmental organizations have that much legitimacy. You can't name me one country, in general, why would an NGO want to talk about a country's constitution and change of power in political processes, where have you seen that! Something like that is out of the question," says Kavelashvili.
