Georgian Dream chairman Irakli Kobakhidze calls the public defender an anti-ombudsman and claims she is involved in a xenophobic campaign against Russians in Georgia.

"This is an unheard of statement. I will tell you frankly, it is an unheard-of statement when a person called the Public Defender takes a direct part in a xenophobic campaign, it is unthinkable. It is clear that she is not an ombudsman, but an anti-ombudsman and with today's statement she has confirmed it once again," Kobakhidze says.
