Georgia's third president Mikheil Saakashvili recalls the United States' $3 billion allocation to Ukraine.
"Today, on Ukraine's Independence Day, the United States announced another unprecedented $3 billion in military aid to Ukraine. This marks the end of the war in favor of the Ukrainian free world.
Our men are preparing a major counteroffensive, and with these new weapons Ukraine will regain Kherson and parts of Zaporozhye in the fall.
After America launches the lend-lease in October, the way will open for the liberation of Donbass, Crimea, all of Ukraine and the final defeat of the aggressor," Mikheil Saakashvili wrote.
