The civil sector considers the most alarming in the new draft law on electronic communications to be the part that allows the Communications Regulatory Commission to appoint an interim manager without waiting for a court decision. They say this means that the court, as an institution, no longer exists in the country.

She said that the introduction of such a bill would have particularly severe consequences in the run-up to the election.
