Conclusion of the Venice Commission does not present valid criticism - Sarjveladze

Georgian Dream MP Mikheil Sarjveladze says the Venice Commission's conclusion on the wiretapping law "does not present any objective criticism."
"No objective criticism has been presented, neither by the Venice Commission, nor by the President, even though she was obliged to provide motivated comments when deciding on the veto. No reasoned remarks have been submitted, and she [Salome Zurabishvili] explained when she made the veto decision that it was dictated by political reasons and not by legal ones," said Mikheil Sarjveladze.
