President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili explains why she vetoed the law on wiretapping. He spoke about this at the briefing held today.
"We know that we still live in a country where everyone, when we go somewhere and want to talk about something, we think, should I leave the phone or bring it with me, and then we disregard it and say, hell, let them listen to whatever they want. This is not European life, this is not the protection of human rights, this is another system and we must get out of this system," says Zurabishvili.
