Nobody from the government is attending the international conference "Glory to Ukraine"

The international conference "Glory to Ukraine!" is being held in Georgia. European and American diplomats, Georgian politicians and representatives of the third sector took part in the conference. It is known that representatives of the ruling party were also invited to the event, but so far none of them has shown up.

Parliament speaker Shalva Papuashvili was also supposed to speak at the session scheduled for tomorrow, but according to the available information he is not going to attend the event.

The event is being held in Georgia to promote solidarity and support for Ukraine.

After 2 years, the conference is being held in Georgia for the first time. Because of the pandemic it could not be held. This is the sixth time a similar conference is being held in Tbilisi. The conference will include a panel discussion discussing the consequences of Russian aggression.
