Russia will monitor the protection of the rights of the Russian-speaking population of Georgia - Putin's new order

Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the concept of Russia's humanitarian policy abroad. The corresponding order was published yesterday on the official website.
According to the document, the priority of Moscow's humanitarian policy abroad will be expansion of cooperation with CIS countries and occupied Abkhazia, the Tskhinvali region, the so-called Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics.
The document also states that in its relations with Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia and Moldova, protection of the rights of the Russian-speaking population in these countries will be taken into account.
