When we are concerned in terms of values that Russians are shooting at Ukrainians, the theoretical version that Georgians are shooting at Abkhazians and Ossetians should also be considered in this context

"When the plebiscite was discussed, it was based on the fact that the public does not want war for various reasons, including possible consequences and that we do not want a repeat of what happened 30 years ago - we do not want a war with Abkhazians and Ossetians. We will not allow it! As for de-occupation, values are also important here. One of our main values should be restoration of relations that were artificially broken between Georgians and Abkhazians and Georgians and Ossetians. When we are concerned about the fact that Russians are shooting at Ukrainians it is in this context that we should consider such theoretical version that Georgians are shooting at Abkhazians and Georgians are shooting at Ossetians".
