The so-called Abkhazian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Inal Ardzinba, says that the number of volunteers who leave Abkhazia to participate in the "special operation" in Ukraine is constantly increasing. He spoke on this topic in an interview with the Russian state propaganda media "RIA".
"We have no mobilization. I want to emphasize that since 2014, Abkhaz volunteers have taken up arms and are protecting the freedom of Donbass, and their number is increasing. This, in my opinion, is important. Unfortunately, there are also victims," he said.
According to him, the Abkhazians "defended their independence with great suffering and blood" and the residents of Donbas now feel the same.
