"I hope that step by step we will come to recognition" - Bzhania on Lukashenko's visit

"Our relations are gaining a new character, it has been given a new push" - says the so-called head of occupied Abkhazia. President Aslan Bzhania, in connection with the visit of the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, to Abkhazia.

Bzhania hopes that Lukashenko will recognize the so called independence of Abkhazia. 

"The fact that the head of the Republic of Belarus has arrived in Abkhazia shows many things: our relations are taking on a new character, they have been given a new impetus. I hope that step by step we will reach recognition. I don't want to talk about this matter in advance, but the first brick has already been laid, it is a fact. I am satisfied by meeting," says Bzhania.
