Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer, Shalva Khachapuridze, appeals to the public defender to get involved in the case and allow foreign expert James Cobb to be admitted to the third president.
"The Public Defender, under her auspices, can bring this expert to Mr. Mikheil Saakashvili. I call on the Public Defender, for the first time in the history of Georgia, to help the number one recognized expert in the world, protect the rights of the prisoner Saakashvili and bring the doctor into the Vivamed clinic.
The flaw is that allegedly Mr. Cobb did not present a document confirming his work in recent years. In fact, this document has been presented more than once, but the Ministry of Health is in this position. We can submit this document in different ways, but it will take a lot of time," said Shalva Khachapuridze.
