Zelensky's statement confirmed what we were saying - Kobakhidze

According to the Georgian Dream leader Irakli Kobakhidze, yesterday's statement by Volodymyr Zelensky has confirmed that the Ukrainian government is directly linked to Mikheil Saakashvili's visit to Georgia, he said on air of Imedi TV.

According to Kobakhidze, Zelensky's statement is just a proof of what the Georgian Dream says.

"We have been saying all along that the people who brought Saakashvili to Georgia are actively working on his release; they have some kind of responsibility towards Saakashvili, they brought Saakashvili to Georgia and they feel responsible. Zelensky's statement only confirmed everything we've been saying all this time.  The Ukrainian government was directly involved in the special operation to send Saakashvili to Georgia, which fortunately failed, and it also bears its share of responsibility to Mikheil Saakashvili," Irakli Kobakhidze said.
