Maybe Ukraine didn't want us to sign - Davituliani on the statement in support for Ukraine of more than 40 countries

Published:

"Georgian Dream" deputy, Beka Davituliani, says that Ukraine may not have liked Georgia to sign the statement issued by more than 40 countries, which expresses support for the lawsuit filed in the UN International Court of Justice.

According to Davituliani, this is also possible depending on the attitudes of the Ukrainian authorities.

"We are the country that was one of the first to sign the lawsuit initiated by Ukraine in The Hague. Regarding this part, you said that there are 40 countries and there are about 200 countries on earth, and I don't know why we are not among these forty. I don't have any information, I'll find out, I'll answer you. Maybe Ukraine didn't want you to sign, considering the attitude of their government, I don't know, I'll find out, I'll answer you," says Davituliani.
