The group of international experts on the effectiveness of sanctions, recruited by Ukraine, made a list of 15 people, including 12 Georgians.
The reason is the support of the war started in Ukraine by the invading Russia. The sanctions working group includes John Herbst - the former US ambassador to Ukraine, as well as David Kramer, senior officials of the Ukrainian government and representatives of non-governmental organizations.
